House rules

These rules help keep every stay calm for guests, neighbours, and building residents.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is available from 15:00.
• Check-out is until 11:00.
• Early check-in may be possible when available. EUR 10 may apply.
• Late check-out: EUR 15 for 2-3 hours or EUR 30 until evening.

Apartment use

• Only registered guests may stay.
• No parties, events or pets.
• Quiet hours are 22:00-08:00.
• No smoking inside. Penalty: EUR 50.
• Extra bedding: EUR 10 when available.
• Lost keys: EUR 30 plus EUR 15 per key.
• Guests are responsible for damages.
